Who Are We?

for a Free CUNY (SUFC or "Suff-See") is a multi-campus, city-wide student coalition that fights for CUNY to be
free. We are dedicated to action, education, effective dialogue, and
social justice. On the state-wide level we are affiliated with New York Students Rising, a coalition of SUNY and CUNY campuses bonded together to struggle against the privatization of our education.
SUFC is completely student-led and student-organized with a particular focus towards students of color and the ways in which the privatization of education most affects immigrants and communities of color.
